Art French word of the week: "rentrer"

It means "to go back in" or, depending upon the context, "to return home."

Here's an example. Soon after purchasing his home at Giverny, Monet went south with Renoir to paint, but he had a hard time with the light in the south. He wrote to his wife and said, "je veux rentrer..."
